Intima Moda Spa, fondata nel 1972, da trent'anni nel settore dell'intimo donna per l'ingrosso e la grande distribuzione, si e' fusa negli anni '90 con "Verde Veronica" azienda di lingerie distribuita al dettaglio.
L'azienda e' proprietaria dei marchi "Verde Veronica", "Verdissima" e "Sie'Lei" ed ha siglato nel 2005 un contratto triennale con Bluemarlin, titolare del brand Papeete, per produrre e distribuire le linee beachwear e underwear firmate Papeete by Verdissima.
